Prior to his tenure at Friedman Real Estate, Paul Russo spent seven years working locally at Global Real Estate Advisors and one year at Encore REIS, concentrating on multifamily assets, including student housing, on a national scale. This dedication to multifamily assets remains steadfast as he joins the Friedman team.
Throughout his career, Paul has overseen transactions totaling over $100 million in multifamily assets across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. He possesses a deep understanding of the intricate aspects of completing successful transactions, regardless of deal size. His primary goal is to work closely with clients as an advisor, drawing on his years of experience to provide expertise.
Paul holds an associate degree in information assurance from Schoolcraft College. Beyond his professional endeavors, his interests include outdoor activities, technology, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
