Thirty plus years of commercial real estate sales/leasing with special emphasis on management of a full service operating real estate company. Jim has been involved with asset valuation, development of sales and leasing of various facets of commercial property with a primary focus on the industrial, office, retail market segments as well as developmental land. Transaction experience ranges from sales and leasing, lease negotiations, build to suit, vacant land development and buyer/seller representation.

Jim earned a B.S. Natural Resources – Western Michigan University.
