A veteran of the Southeast Michigan commercial real estate markets, Howard’s career began in 1976 with Carl Rosman & Company, the predecessor to Cushman & Wakefield locally.
Howard left Rosman in 1980 to form his own company, Realty Services, with William Levitt, a Rosman executive, and over the course of the decade became one of the leading investment brokers in the Detroit area. In 1993, Howard joined Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions to form an investment property division of the company, and has won countless awards for his professionalism, including CoStar’s Power Broker Award for 2004.
Background
On the personal side, Howard attended Wayne State University’s Monteith College from 1963-1966. While attending Wayne State, Howard became infatuated with Bridge, and became a world class player during the early 1970’s. Howard and his wife, Linda, are avid golfers, and Howard served as President of Wabeek Country Club from 2000-2002.
