Marketplace Homes, a residential real estate solutions company that was launched in 2002, renewed its 18,324-square-foot office lease at Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions’ Building III in the Laurel Office Park in Livonia, MI.
The five-story, 190,312-square-foot building at 17197 N. Laurel Park Dr. was built in 1988 and renovated in 2011. The Class B structure serves as headquarters to EOS Worldwide, Business Health Solutions and National Realty Centers, among others. Major tenants at the three-building Laurel Office Park, which is located at the intersection of I-96 and I-275, include Allstate, The Harvard Drug Group and Detroit Fleet Center.
Robert Gagniuk brokered the lease in-house on behalf of the ownership, which purchased the building in December 2010, according to CoStar’s analytics.
Leasing and property management services are handled by the owner.
