Farmington Hills, MI – (March 3, 2022) Friedman Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold a Walmart-Shadowed multi-tenant retail center, located in Hammond, Indiana. The center is fully occupied by four big-box tenants, three of which are major national tenants: Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, and Rainbow. The property is part of a new development in the Hammond Marina District, which also includes the Horseshoe Casino and a brand new Walmart Super Center. Friedman’s Steven Silverman advised the purchaser in the transaction.
