Farmington Hills, MI – (February 8, 2022) Friedman Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently leased the ±275,800 SF industrial space with Gardner White Furniture in the former Art Van Furniture headquarters complex at 14 Mile and Van Dyke in Warren, Michigan. Gardner White Furniture will be locating its headquarters into the space from Auburn Hills, Michigan. They plan to open a Gardner White store at the location and move about 100 of its corporate employees. Friedman’s Jared Friedman advised the tenant in the transaction.
