As a Senior Managing Director, Wes will be responsible for leading Friedman’s Real Estate Services Division, which provides administrative and operational support to the company’s 16 million square feet of owned and managed commercial real estate. In addition, he will also be responsible for managing many of the company’s larger client and partner relationships and for developing strategic initiatives at the corporate level.
Prior to joining Friedman, Wes was an executive at Osprey SA Ltd where he was responsible for all acquisition, divestiture and leasing activities relating to the company’s 4.4 million square foot commercial property portfolio. With over 15 years of real estate experience in investment, management and construction, Wes brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to the Friedman team. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
