FRIEDMAN SELLS A 13,050 SF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN CLAWSON, MICHIGAN

Farmington Hills, Michigan (September 7, 2016) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold a 13,050 square foot industrial building located at 1303 Anderson Road, in Clawson, Michigan. The seller, Stelkic Industrial LLC, sold the building to Electric Blue LLC.

Electric Blue LLC is the holding company for Detroit Tuned LLC. Detroit Tuned will move into the building later this year once renovations are complete. DT is currently located in Clinton Township but was forced to find a new building due to remarkable growth.
