The seller, Alpha Opportunity Fund I, LLC, sold the building to 1935 South Koeller Street, LLC at auction through Ten-X.com.
Oshkosh Center is a neighborhood shopping center located adjacent to Interstate 41 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The tenants include national retailers Petco and Dalton Carpet Outlet.
