Friedman’s Greg Hornby Sells the Sportsman's Den and Orlando's Banquet Hall in Riverview, MI

Farmington Hills, MI – (November 15, 2023) Friedman Real Estate’s Greg Hornby recently completed the sale of the 24,250 square foot Sportsman’s Den and Orlando’s Banquet Hall located at 15001 Sibley Rd in Riverview, Michigan. Friedman represented the purchaser, Jeremy Syrocki, who will reopen the restaurant as The Sandtrap and the banquet hall will be renamed the One/Nine. Syrocki owns numerous restaurants, including Truago, Mamacitas, and Rocky’s Roadhouse in Trenton, Arnold’s Diner in Brownstown, Major Biddle’s in Wyandotte, and Lloyd’s on Gross Ile.
