Farmington Hills, MI – (October 22, 2019) Friedman Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold 2600 Wirsing Parkway in DeKalb, Illinois. The property is a 202,000 SF 5-star distribution facility that was vacant at the time of sale. Kellen Duggan and Victor “Torrey” Lewis in Friedman’s Chicago brokerage office represented the seller Somera Road, a New York-based commercial real estate investment firm, in the transaction.
