David Friedman started Friedman Real Estate Group in 1987 as an office brokerage company, and with partner Stan Finsilver added full service commercial property management services in 1989 under the Finsilver/Friedman name. To meet the needs of their clients, the organization expanded their service lines to include multi-family management, investment sales, distressed asset and turnaround services, as well as in-house construction, design, and advisory services in Michigan, Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. “As we continue to expand our reach, it is important to solidify our reputation as a single source provider.
